Cancellation Policy

• No illegal activities as per Singapore law • No smoking in the premises • No food are allow in the premises • Renter is responsible for setting up the room and returning it to its original condition after the event. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. • Please note that the number of participants (adults and children) allowed to enter the designated space is limited. • Participants are confined to the designated space, and all other areas are out-of-bounds except for walking through. • The space comes with in-house restroom facilities for convenience and a whiteboard (markers not provided). • Any specific equipment or furniture requests must be communicated in advance. • The renter assumes responsibility for all participants and any damage caused to the property during the rental period. • Any damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter. • The rented slot is strictly for the agreed time period. Overtime usage will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. • Renters are expected to vacate the room promptly at the end of the rental period to allow for the next booking, if applicable.
